Group bookings in Escape Lounges
Groups larger than 6 are not permitted in the Escape Lounge without prior authorisation.
Separate bookings forming a group larger than 6 will be refused access to the lounge and no refunds will be given.
Guests must request a group booking for Escape Lounges by contacting our sales team using the contact us form.
Group bookings in Essence by Escape Lounges
Between May and October, groups larger than 4 are not permitted in Essence by Escape Lounges, whether booked together or separately.
During this period, we are unable to process separate bookings forming a group larger than 4. Any bookings which are found to be forming a group larger than 4 will be refused access to the lounge and no refunds will be given.
